nice stay at this well-located hotel
respectful staff comfortable pillow great location flexible staff
the staff was friendly and courteous i particularly appreciated the waiter in the granada restaurant he was very professional and attentive the reception staff were also very helpful and polite they addressed all my queries promptly i was very grateful for their assistance throughout my stay. i found the pillows to be very comfortable and soft they weren't too firm or too soft i had a very restful sleep each night i think they were the best pillows in the region. the location was great i could easily walk to many attractions i enjoyed exploring the area. the staff accommodated my request to move to another room. i appreciate their flexibility.
the lifts seemed slow it sometimes took a while for them to arrive when i needed to go to another floor

I found great value in the location, close to everything i wanted to see. the super nice team. They moved me to another room per my request. the room was clean, and the bed was very comfy!!!
I didn't like the breakfast food. It was very greasy. i think the hotel should consider offering more variety.

helpful staff professional service great location rooftop bar
i found the reception staff courteous and helpful. the waiter in the granada restaurant showed professional service. the location is great and offered easy access to other hotels (i visited magic robin hood, magic splash, and magic rocks). the rooftop bar was a bonus.
I noticed the lifts took a while to arrive. I waited for a lift for almost ten minutes.

The reception staff were courteous, offering assistance with every request. the location is superb, close to everything! i especially loved the comfortable pillows. They were soft, not too firm, just perfect for resting after a long day.
The wifi access was limited to four-hour intervals, requiring frequent password renewals. It felt inconvenient, disrupting my relaxation.

The reception staff provided courteous, helpful service throughout my stay. A waiter in the Granada Restaurant was professional and ensured order during my first few days. I also liked the comfortable, soft pillows provided in the room. These were a welcome change from typical hotel pillows. I appreciated the convenient location as well.
I found the lifts to be slow and often overcrowded, leading to extended wait times. This made accessing different floors inconvenient.
