the staff was friendly and courteous i particularly appreciated the waiter in the granada restaurant he was very professional and attentive the reception staff were also very helpful and polite they addressed all my queries promptly i was very grateful for their assistance throughout my stay. i found the pillows to be very comfortable and soft they weren't too firm or too soft i had a very restful sleep each night i think they were the best pillows in the region. the location was great i could easily walk to many attractions i enjoyed exploring the area. the staff accommodated my request to move to another room. i appreciate their flexibility.

The reception staff provided courteous, helpful service throughout my stay. A waiter in the Granada Restaurant was professional and ensured order during my first few days. I also liked the comfortable, soft pillows provided in the room. These were a welcome change from typical hotel pillows. I appreciated the convenient location as well.
